2. What data we process and why

When you send us the appointment or quote form, we process the details you provide (name, phone, email, vehicle, tyre size and message) solely to handle your request and get in touch with you. We do not use them for marketing or share them with third parties.

3. Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We keep the data for as long as needed to deal with your request and, if no business relationship follows, delete it within 12 months at most.

4. Data processors

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which also processes the forms. This provider may process data outside Andorra with appropriate safeguards. If you choose to send your request via WhatsApp, WhatsApp's privacy policy applies.

5. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to sam7@andorra.ad. You may also lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (www.apda.ad), under Law 29/2021 on the protection of personal data.

6. Cookies

This website does not use its own or analytics cookies. It only stores your chosen language in your browser. Google Maps are not loaded until you click “Show map”; from then on Google may set its own cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers.
